Shipping
We strive to have you receive your coffee as fresh as possible.
Currently, our production days are Monday, Tuesday and Fridays.
Once your order has been fulfilled by GFN Coffee and the shipping carrier has possession, it is out of our hands. The risk of loss passes to you once GFN Coffee has delivered your item(s) to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once your order has been shipped. If you do have any problems (ie. your package is said to have been delivered, but its not there) please reach out to the carrier directly.
Returns
No returns or exchanges on perishable items due to health and safety concerns.
If you are unhappy with the coffee you receive, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can get you in a good place.
Merchandise
Returns or exchanges on unused items within 14 days will be accepted. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return or exchanges.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Brewing equipment
Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days have passed, please reach out to the manufacturer directly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
