Yessica and Diego Parra are fourth-generation coffee producers from Pitalito, Huila, carrying forward a family story that began generations ago.
What started as a shared curiosity for specialty coffee eventually became Diwan Coffee – a small but intentional project built around careful processing, varietal development, and strong relationships with allied farmers.
This fully washed Papayo marks their first official export together. A new chapter for the Parra family, and a coffee worth paying attention to.
